Real-Time Listings Negotiation

Context

At Bryzos, we're constantly striving to streamline the steel buying process. Traditionally, negotiation on price and other terms involved slow and inefficient communication through email or phone calls. We identified this as a pain point for both buyers and sellers, leading to missed opportunities and frustration. To address this challenge, we developed the "Real-Time Listings Negotiation" module within the Bryzos platform.

Highlight

Problem: A Negotiation Nightmare

The steel buying process often involves negotiation on price and other terms. Traditional methods, like email or phone calls, can be slow and inefficient. This can lead to frustration for both buyers waiting for responses and sellers missing out on potential deals due to slow communication.

We conducted user research with both buyers and sellers to identify pain points in the traditional steel buying process. Key findings likely included:

  • Difficulty tracking and managing multiple negotiation threads.
  • Delays in communication leading to missed opportunities.
  • Lack of transparency in the negotiation process.
